A quick thanks from Garry & Sharon and myself for the excellent service of selling our home in Surrey & our two new purchases, one in Surrey & one in North Delta in February & March. When selling we feel we got top price & sold with in two days. When buying your expert negotiations got us the best deal, so far this year both properties have had units in their complex selling, same size etc..., for more than $10,000 more.
