Some of the Key Points:
-CMHC may increase required down payments and decrease amortization periods. Thus, homebuyers will need 10% down and 30 year amortization. As opposed to the current 5% down, 35 year amortization. Please note that this is still just a rumour, nothing has come into affect to date.
